About This Blog

“The role of a writer is not to say what we all can say, but what we are unable to say.”         ~ Anais Nin

Greetings! This blog contains various writings, quotes, musings, rants, jokes, etc., that reflect my somewhat irreverent philosophy of life and psychotherapy. This blog serves several purposes.

For you, it provides:

  • Potentially interesting and useful information and thoughts about psychotherapy and some of the conditions it addresses.
  • A way to better get to know me, in the case you are considering contacting me or referring someone to me for help with something.

For me, it provides:

  • A place to capture my thoughts and ideas about psychotherapy and life, to help in my journey of learning about each.
  • (To be honest) A marketing tool I can use to attract new clients who could benefit from my style of therapy.

The blog is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, or replace human-to-human psychological, legal, or medical professional advice. References to people, with the exception of myself, and events, except those about me and even some of those, are entirely fictional. The opinions expressed in this blog are entirely my own, except where noted.

Please note that while I used to accept comments on blog articles, I have felt the need to stop doing this. The number of spam comments became just too many for me to handle. If you would like to comment on an article or contact me for any other reason (other than spam), please go to my website and find contact information from there.
